First, tap the Settings icon at the top right corner of the game's home screen.
Then, tap "Support".
Enter the email address associated with your game account and tap "OK".
Then tap the "Contact Us" button.
Enter your bug report or feedback in the text entry field. When you're ready to submit your support request, tap "Send" in the upper right corner.
Once you've submitted your support request, you can view it and any comments on it in the "My Tickets" menu.
Alternatively, click the "Submit a Request" link on this website, just below the search bar, and fill out the request form. Make sure the email address you enter is the same as the one you use for your in-game account.
Important note: We currently only support requests in English, Chinese, and Korean. Please make an effort to submit your request in one of these languages, even if it's not your first language, and we will do our best to help you.
