How do I take a screenshot?

When you send in a support request, you may be asked to provide a screenshot of any issues you may be having. Here's how to do that.

If you are using an iOS device:

  • Press the Power button on the top right corner of your device.
  • At the same time, press the Home button.
  • The screen will flash briefly, and if you have sound enabled, you will hear a camera shutter sound.
  • The picture is saved with the rest of your images in the Photos App on your device.

If you are using an Android device:

  • Press the Power button on the top right corner of your device. 
  • At the same time, press the Home button. For Android 5 or newer, press volume down instead of the Home button.
  • The screen will flash briefly, and if you have sound enabled, you will hear a camera shutter sound.
  • The picture is saved with the rest of your images in the Gallery App on your device.

Once you've taken your screenshot, you can attach it to your support request by tapping the paperclip icon in the text entry field and selecting the appropriate image.
