Please notice that, in some cases, this is only an issue of server change. You may be redirected to a new character if your change your server. To do this, go to the Game Settings and tap on “Home Screen”.
Tap on “Servers” and select your Server.
Your Servers will be listed under “Most recent login”. New Server will be listed under “All Servers”.
Select your old Server to log back in, this should allow you to go back to your previous account.
You might have been logged out of your Account. You will be able to log back in by following these steps:
Go to the Game Settings and tap on “Home Screen”. Tap on your “Player Name/Visitor”.
Type your credentials and tap on “Login”.
What happens if my Account was not registered?
Don't panic! If the account was not linked, you can try to regain access to the deleted Account by registering a new Account on the same device. If you are using a new device, this process will not work.
To register the account to Gaea, go to your “Home Screen”, and tap on your “Player Name/Visitor”.
Tap on “Register”.
Select your new credentials. Make sure to save them somewhere, in case you forget them.
Please notice that if the Account Name you are trying to use is already in use, you will receive a message stating: "Username has been taken. Please try another”. This means that you need to register the Account under a different Name, as the one you chose was already used by another player. Remember that Character Name and Account Name don't need to be the same.
I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
Unfortunately, there’s no way to manually reset your password in Wartune: Hall of Heroes. You will need to contact Support to get a password reset.
They will need you to contact them with the following information as account verification:
1) Last (2) Balen Purchases (if any) or Last (2) Item Purchases
2) Join Date (approximate is OK)
3) Last played date (approximate is OK)
4) General information about the account like player name and server, character class, account level, guild, etc
These details are extremely important, make sure that you include as many as you can in your contact. However, please notice that Support will never request your password or personal information.
Watch out for Account Phishing

- NEVER click unknown links from untrusted sources.
