If you pre-registered on our site, you will receive the items in your mail in game. The Mail Icon will only appear after you reach level 5.
In the event that you have not received, or have had an error in receiving a gift code, please reach out to our Customer Support team with the following information:
1) Explain your issue. Give us the error code or message you received.
2) Your Overseer ID number. You will be able to find this in your profile tab. Here:
3) The server you redeemed this on.
4) The name and the phone number you used to pre-register.
5) Any available photos you have of the issue.
