This could be caused by your email and/or mobile number not linking properly. It could also be that they are not able to be used for a game account.
If you are able to launch the game you can check if you have properly linked an account to your player account. To do so click the profile cogwheel here:
And click one or both of these, depending on what is bound:
If you are unable to Launch the game, or you are still having issues, please make a ticket by emailing FSO@gaea.zendesk.com with the information below:
1) Phone Number and/or Email you had bound your account to.
2) Overseer ID Number.
3) Any error messages you may have received.
4) Any pictures showing your issue.
