Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account, so if after 24 hours, the purchase still has not shown please send us the following information:
- Overseer ID Number.
- Platform you made the purchase on. (Apple Store or Google Play).
- Date and Time you made the purchase.
- Item you purchased.
- Purchase Amount.
- Screenshot of all receipts in question.
